These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Citium Tech's free tools platform (the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Citium Labs provides free research and analysis tools. No payment or subscription is required to use any tool. Some tools ask for your email address before displaying results — this is optional lead capture, not a paywall.

2. Account registration

Creating an account is optional. If you register, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Consent to product analytics collection through PostHog as described in our privacy policy — this is a required condition of maintaining an account

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Communications from us

If you provide your email address (either by registering or through a tool's lead capture), you agree to receive:

• Your tool results (where applicable)
• Transactional emails (password resets, account notifications)
• Occasional updates about new tools and improvements

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional and security-related emails cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.

4. Analytics and service improvement

By creating an account and using our Service, you consent to the collection of product analytics data through PostHog. This is a required condition of maintaining an account and helps us:

Tool outputs are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be relied on as professional advice. Always verify outputs before acting on them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on tool outputs.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
